Circle C is the most recognized master planned community in Southwest Austin and known for it's family friendly environment, ease of access to major free ways, and unprecedented recreational amenities. Circle C Ranch was the first of the Circle C Communities, built in the mid/late 80s, and made a name for itself by featuring an olympic size pool and recreation area at the center of the community. The median price for homes in the Circle C Austin Communities is $300,000, with a price-per-square-foot range of $95 to over $145 per sq ft. Homes measure anywhere from 1,500 to 4,500 sq. ft. with four bedrooms and 2.5 baths being the norm.

In addition, new homes are being built by a number of builders including Standard Pacific, DR Horton, KB Homes and Origin Homes. In addition to the only heated, outdoor, Olympic-sized pool in Southwest Austin, Circle C also offers the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center and the Grey Rock Golf Club within walking distance of the center of the community. The latest addition of an HEB, Bank of America, Waterloo Restaurant, and Starbucks at the New Escarpment Village Shopping Plaza put everything that a family would need privately tucked within the Circle C Community.

The Circle C residential neighborhoods are surrounding by 462 acres of dedicated parkland that makes up the Circle C Metropolitan Park. While most of the park is native land with hike and bike trails only, two major developed areas provide limitless hours of recreational activities for residents and their families. Located across from the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, the track me-anders through Hill Country meadows and hills and used heavily by families, recreational and serious cyclists.

Grey Rock Golf Club boasts an 18-hole course designed by Jay Morrish. The course features 6,855 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.4 and it has a slope rating of 130. Grey Rock Golf is a semi-private course that offers private memberships to take advantage of everything that it has to offer.
